Skipped ME upper work as I was still feeling low energy from donating blood ME lower 1 Mar 2014 Circa 3 Work up to low box free weight with briefs only 50% of Max squat 355x1 This is the last squat in my delayed transformation phase so if I was doing a meet Next week I would be peaked for 700+. Don't know if I will try to squat the day before the meet that I am posting but we will see

  6. Great log. Keep it up. Alot of people talk trash about doing the Westside system but I've found that its the best way for me to get stronger without injuring myself. That's a solid deadlift from a deficit. My back hurts just thinking about it haha.

  10. Hey MF! Thanks for the reply and the warm welcome Comp best is 672sqaut/435bench/529ddeadlift multiply 198 I haven't actually done a raw comp yet. Since I train conjugate style I pretty train mostly raw and shirt up 1-2 times a month and suit up the same. I would like to start a journal but I don't know where it is here.

  12. Goals for this year are to have a smooth transition to a Vegan Diet and maintain bodyweight of 198. Also Hit 600 RAW SQUAT, 400 RAW BENCH, 600 RAW DEADLIFT Geared 800 SQUAT, 550 BENCH, 600 DEADLIFT By the way for any pointers you have for me on the Vegan Powerlifting lifestyle feel free to hit me up.
