  1. Hi, I have been Vegan for almost 14 years. I try to get fit and build my body, but I seem to flat line and make no progress - been at it somewhat seriously for about 4 years. I had one really good 6 months where I was able to shed a good portion of that layer of fat and see some definition, but then it is like my body revolted and I couldn't make any progress. I say somewhat seriously because sometimes it feels hopeless. I am hoping to get some tips here on how to burn my layer of fat and keep it off without killing myself every day.
