  1. i really need help losing my body fat.i have been on the vegan lifestyle for about 5 months now but i still cant see a change.i have tried sticking to 80/10/10 diet but all the time my ratios are usually 89/5/5 or 90/7/3. my workout partner says the reason why i cant lose any of the weight is because of not enough protein but im still gaing muscle so it cant be that. but i also know it has to be something with my diet so if you can make some recommendations to change it to lose body fat i would greatly appreciate it info: im only 4'9/18yrs old,female .but i weigh 116 i would like to get down to 98 or 94 and i usually workout 4-5 days for two hours.1hr and 40 min on weights and the rest on moderate level cardio.
