  1. Hello everyone This is my first day on this forum. I hope I do not offend anyone by saying that I am not yet a vegan . I started to look into nutrition because I am overweight and wanted something to find to loose weight that I can adapt to my whole life, not only for a view weeks but long term. I don't how long it took me but I found a lot about vegan and that it is not only a diet but a whole lifestyle. Since than I read a look books (starch solution, eat to live, one book of brendon brazier...) and information on the internet. And started to incoperate more and more vegan meals into my life. And it was actually easier than I thought it would be, and I really enjoy it. I little about my fitness and workout: I started Poledancing nearly 4 years ago which also got me started to get interessed more in sports and generally in fitness. About 2 years ago I begin weight lifting to take my poledancing to the next level. I am quiet happy how my muscle Progress and I also lost about 10kg in those 2 years but unfortunally I am still overweight. I need to lose about another 10kg to be considert "normal". To reach that goal and to get rid of the feeling of hurting the animals or the planet I want to go full time vegan. I am always the happiest when I have vegan days. Unfortunally I do not live alone, I live with my boyfriend(bodybuilder) and his mother (both omnivores) and I had always problems to do things my way because I don't want to hurt the people around me or that they think it is exhausting to have me around them. Esspecially because my boyfriends mother always cooks for us :/. I think it is very nice but I dont no how to say to her that I am not goiing to eat anything she cooks. If you have any tips for me about going full time vegan, i would very much appreciate that Hopefully I can keep you updated and everthing will end positively. Thank for listening to my long story
