Hello Friends! I am Adnan, i am 42 years old and recently started workout. I want to ask a question about vegan diet. I m planning to exclude meat from my diet, but i will consume egg whites and dairy products. As you know, beans are good source of protein, but it does not contains all amino acids to make a complete protein, i want to know that can we combine 2 different types of beans together to make complete protein in lunch and dinner meals, like black beans+red beans etc etc. I hope you will help me regarding this matter.
