  1. good morning They are vegan for two months, after a couple of months without training I want to start training again.I always played sports as MI, have joined the gym but I frequent little, I am 20 years old, weight 55 kg, and 173 cm high. At home I have a couple of kettlebells: 1 x 8 kg 2 x 12 kg 1 x 16 kg 1 x 24 kg I would like to create me a program for increasing muscle mass, my goal is 5 kg of lean mass. on the internet I found the program 5x5 http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/kettlebell_5x5_training.htm , But it seems only a commercial gimmick, in more in my program I would like to implement pushups and pull-ups how can I change this program? or create one from scratch? (I already use these tools having practiced MMA for 15 to 18 years)
  2. ok, but I would doubt, now they are "vegan" from 2 months. But I was wondering, if once a week I allow myself to eat fish do well? I mean a healthy level, know that red meat is not good and also milk and deriving, But I wondered if eating fish is harmful? obviously not large fish that have mercury.
  3. UP pls, They are more than a month that are " vegan ", I do not know exactly what to eat , however , now I feel good I eat a bit of everything. plenty of salad and fruit and vegetables , and chickpeas. I can supplement with protein powder rice without GMOs ?
  4. I usually eat, red lentils beans tofu walnuts natural Quinoa to increase my protein you have looked at the link I posted to Myprotein? as you seem to those proteins rice GMO-free?
  5. I apologize in advance for the bad English Hello to all, are an Italian boy of 20 years, in Italy there are many vegans we are second in the world after India, but there is very little information on the web in our language. AGE: 20 MALE 173 CM X 121 LBS you are underweight, I always eat meat...raw horse, cooked, raw in the middle of everything, and I always eat few fruits and vegetables. I did MMA for three years, but I never went above 127 lbs , while taking protein powder, bcaa, I also bones that weigh little, In fact, I was equal to 127 lbs physically a person to 135-140 lbs, I like my body but I want to be more muscular, clean and lean mass. 1 month curiosity put my tattoo artist vegan for years (he is muscular) I started, I had problems initially, I was tired at work, working in a restaurant in the evening only for 6 hours but is a restaurant where people come to eat 300-400 person every night so there is a lot of work and always run. 1) now I'm training for about five months in the gym, I would start again when my body will be cleaned of meat, you know how long it might take? but are willing to become raw food because cooked foods are not treated well by the body, I was advised to buy a Slow Blend Juice Maker, 2)fruit \ vegetables that is passed in this tool loses some property? because it still remains a gap of the product. for vitamin b12 i'm drinking 100 ml per day of aloe vera and soy milk enriched with vitamin b12. 3)you can have a basic diet for me for the raw food? for now I leave the gym by until my body gets used to the new food but then I would need a more serious diet. I found a site that sells cheap protein, also has protein for vegans, http://www.myprotein.com/sports-nutrition/brown-rice-protein/10530779.html http://www.myprotein.com/sports-nutrition/vegan-blend/10637445.html it says that no GM.They could do for me? if they serve more protein, or better to avoid them because surely will have received heat treatment.
