  1. I've just started taking L Glutamine and BCAA and I'm interested to know if I should be taking these and protein shakes on my rest days.

  3. Hi all I stumbled upon this forum by accident while searching for a vegan BCAA supplemen, but I've read through a few of the threads and everyone seems so supportive so I thought I'd join up. I've been vegan for about 9 months now and have been going to the gym on and off now for about two years. I have lost about 12 kg since going vegan. I'm now 84kg and I feel great but I've decided to get serious now and over the last week I've been following Frank Medrano's Beginner Superhuman program and it's been good going so far.
