  1. I make lasagna. I haven't had a single complaint and I've never told any coworkers it was vegan. I make the "cheese" out of cashews.
  2. You'll find a lot of meatheads in the gym that will tell you can only build muscle eating animal products. A complete lie perpetuated by beef and dairy industries.
  3. Hi guys, I'm a 27 year old fitness enthusiast from Connecticut,USA. I've been into boxing and BJJ my entire life but I've been into lifting kettle bells the last 6 months. The progress has been steady and consistent and I have to say the vegan diet I've been on the past 2 years has helped in explosiveness and recovery. I was a vegetarian prior to that didn't eat eggs so the transition was painless. Lots of ingredient list reading but I'm much more careful as to what I put in my body nowadays. Thanks for having me!
