  2. I can suggest two options.:- 1. Oats are low in gluten and is a good source of protein too. 2. Low-fat milk also contains no gluten but it is high in protein.
  3. I would add Soybean, Lentils, and Kale. Soy proteins help control cholesterol, reduce body weight, reduce the risk of cancer. Lentils help lower cholesterol, insoluble dietary fiber helps prevent constipation. Kale is a healthy source of fiber & also beneficial for heart health.
