I love training my shoulders because at this time last year I had a frozen one and couldn't even get dressed without being near tears. I'm so grateful to have recovered from my injury! :)

For me going vegan meant cutting out dairy and making sure there were no egg products in the food I was eating because by that point, I had been vegetarian for a while.
