All depends on how your body responds. I got big as hell when I didn't focus on protein and ate high carbs daily, but I also got fat as hell along with it, and I wasn't even eating that much over maintenance calories on most days. My only advice would be to mix in some stabilizer work every few weeks...
Will help prevent injury and help save the joints when you get heavy.
(Speaking from experience, having spent 2 years rehabing injuries which were made a lot worse
by lifting heavy for years)
