Re: Vegan powerlifting belts

Hey all, The full range of Strength Shop belts have come down in price by about 15%. This was due to savings made with the suppliers, so we've passed it on. These really are great belts, I've never heard a bad word said about them, and they now offer even better value for money than before - http://...

Re: Vegan powerlifting belts

Ordering is the same as laying down with the buzz really :) Imo - lever better if you need to just pop it on and off, like for certain events or lifts. Buckle better for general useage. But honestly, both are awesome, whichever you will get you will fall in love with it straight away and be stroking...

Re: Vegan powerlifting belts

I will be selling them on an ongoing basis, so it's not just a one off batch or anything, but I expect all the hungry vegans who've been holding out for one for ages to snap them up :D I haven't used a leather PL belt before, but both the buckle and lever ones are great, makes a big difference when ...

Vegan powerlifting belts

After many years of trying in various ways to get some kind of decent vegan powerlifting belt made, which meets all the IPF spec/criteria, and many failed attempts, I've finally managed to get them done. It's a supplier I use for other stuff, and have had samples of both the 10mm lever belt, and the...

Re: new online vegan sports shop launched - UK/Europe

Phil, thanks for the order! Shipping to Germany is FAST, and I'm sure you are enjoying the protein bars already :) Robert - thanks for your support man, much appreciated! It's going pretty well, but to be honest, the strength/strongman stuff is selling much better, so I will be focussing on that mai...

Yeah, glucosamine will be back in stock either today, or very early next week - we are just waiting for a delivery. Supplement range will also increase a bit, and continue to do so over time. Great! I'll post thi...

Re: new online vegan sports shop launched - UK/Europe

Typical strongmen to sell chocolate and candy in a "sport" shop :D Things that would be cool are dip belts, lifting belts, outdoor basketballs (very few seems to be vegan), maybe lifting gloves (I don't care I use pads). I would also love some high concentraded vitamin D pills (nothing el...

Re: new online vegan sports shop launched - UK/Europe

Cool, good to see it, there's no problem with it being in this section - feel free to make a duplicate in the business section if you want One thing I've never been able to find is a vegan tennis ball - they seem to be made with felt exclusively Good stuff, will do a duplicate post as suggested! I ...

That's pretty deep tbh, and it looks a bit like the weight has shifted onto his toes rather than being on his heels as it should be. Knees have come pretty far out over his feet. Go 3-4 inches higher than that and you should be good tho.

Aye, mine fluctuate quite a bit, but i think if they're low for a wee while it's not a disaster. I still make decent gains during these times. I take maca and saw palmetto on and off, to boost them. There's a fair chance that some of the guys on the other forums you mentioned are people who've been ...

Aye, decent advice form the other guys. If you are just looking to shift more weight, it depends on where your sticking point is on them, but I generally just do push press and then bench (with a grip the same width as overhead grip) on the other day. I'll usually stick in either thick bar overhead/...

25/07/07 Ran 1.97 miles round Edinburgh in about 20 minutes. Was halfway through this when I realised I'm an idiot and probably should have got in touch with the Edinburgh strength cult! (although I was only there for the night). Damn right you should have!! :D Give us a shout next time m...
