Myself and Kumaramash are located in Auckland. Hey, good to know some Kiwis here. Do you know of any other NZ vegan bodybuilders? (I'm based in Wellington). Thanks Nicholas. Trainer says I'm about 15-20% fat, so aiming to get that down to under 10%. But at the same time have to boost my carb intake - a challenge!
