Re: Vegan Curious

What's new everybody! I've missed this site. Things are busy around here. I'm still missing my kitty a lot, but I got a beautiful urn and paw print for him, and now he's up on his 'throne', as we like to say. My 2 girls and my old lady, so 3 girls, have adjusted really well to my boyfriend's apt. Th...

Re: MF's running & llifting journal

Hey stranger :)
I'm only on my iPod atm, so I haven't looked back to completely catch up. You keeping well? I saw one post on this last page about your health, what's been going on? Sorry for being such an awful blog-friend lately. I'll try to do better :)

Re: Vegan Curious

I lost my kitty this morning :( He forced me to make the decision, but there's no doubt in my mind that I made the right one. Still quite hard to deal with, though..this is the first time I've ever had to deal with losing a pet...at least one other than a hamster or bird like when I was a little kid...

Re: Vegan Curious

Miss you guys.. I know I've been failing at posting lately. I've been a bit pre-occupied. Follow-up with the surgeon is in a few hours. I'm very excited, stressed out, and nervous all at once. There's been a lot going on lately, but unfortunately it's basically all unrelated to the gym.. I'm moving ...

Re: Training for my first 100 mile running race: Aug 2013

Hey stranger :) While I still find your drive rather impressive, I just can't relate to running as much as lifting.. :( That being said though, reading about running makes me miss it. I used to run indoors (treadmill) and run outside on those extremely gorgeous days that are just begging you to go o...

Re: Vegan Curious

I'd like to see Mrbear in a dress. Don't get too hammered at the wedding !! You'd like to see Mr Bear in a dress, but not me? haha That's...interesting... :p I behaved myself at the wedding. I knew my hips would be hurting from being in 4.5" heels all day and didn't want to make it worse by ge...

Re: Training for my first 100 mile running race: Aug 2013

Well I wanted to do 60km, but it just poured with rain the whole day and was pretty cold by the afternoon. So I called it a day at 50.03km and 6hr13. Ran through some forest and some very isolated roads, was pretty serene and thoroughly enjoyed it (despite my hands going nearly numb) #-o ...You're ...

Re: Vegan Curious

Haven't made it into the gym since the last time I posted...pretty sure, actually, quite positive, that my shoulder can take it, but I'm just not sure my hips can. My hips are becoming quite the inconvenience during physio, too. On the bright side, My arthrogram has been moved up again. One week soo...

Re: Vegan Curious

Meatless Market sounds pretty cool, you should post up some pics next time you go there. You spent a day with your boyfriends? Plural ?! hahaha Despite that being a running joke between him and I, I only have the one. I neglected to put an apostrophe..it should have said I spent a day with my boyfr...

Did you have a good Easter and an extra day or two off work? Haha it was delicious food...the stuff I didn't get t...

Re: Training for my first 100 mile running race: Aug 2013

I've been such a terrible blog friend lately, I'm sorry :(

I really miss cardio, but I still think you're off your rocker for this run haha
How does it even work? Do you run constantly for about 30hrs? I've never even heard of such a thing lol
