Bumping this! 30th september I weighed 67,3 kg and had 6,8% bodyfat. Today (3/12) my weight is 68,9 kg and my bf% is 4,7. That means I've lost 1,2 kg fat and gained 2,8 kg fat free mass. IF rules, get into it. IF sounds very interesting to me so, I am reading a lot about it. Not sure if I can do it...

I don't think there's anything that "counts" or doesn't, 12-14 hours is a pretty long time so I bet you get some health benefits out of it. The "classic" IF regimen is 16 hours fast and an 8 hour feeding window but everyone does it differently. Regarding the fueling, I think doi...

Who cares about traps and lats... I do! it also depends on which muscles you want to hit mainly. the more upright you're staying the more you hit the trapezius, the more you bent over the more the lats are involved. That's an usefull answer. Thanks dude. i switched to pull-ups cause they're working...

Tofu is terrible and gives me bad farts. On the other hand I have no single fart problems with soy powder. I use soy protein (brand Lucovitaal) from the Dutch company PK Benelux Import BV http://www.pk-benelux.nl/consumerEN/files_merken/functional.htm

Ok, not much muscles yet and still too fat, but I am only working out for 3 weeks and I hope that this time I can keep the discipline to work out as much as I can. Anyway, I could improve chest and triceps a little bit already.

Thanks for this. I was really wondering why I should do that. I guess it takes time to learn deadlift anyway, but made a little improvement from 46kg to 66kg.
