I am not really alive until I've been awake for a bit. Plant based diet has been going smoothly, made the transition and didn't look back. As far as totally vegan, I still own and use things from animals that I had previously, but always look for the cruelty free options when I need something new.

15 min cardio followed by upper body workout with three crunch sets too, today. Started with 20lb dummbells, was too light and stuck to 25 for the 2nd and 3rd set, except for triceps, and more for some shoulder exercises.

A classy lady! Looks like you're moving forward toward your fitness goals well. I love the feeling of having sore butt muscles! The proper term for butt are the gluts (gluteal muscles), I believe.

did two instead of three rounds for dumbbell workout yesterday, then was exhausted. Body wasn't in top form, I think more sleep needs to be made up!

Today I jogged a little and will attempt some lower body workouts and more situps.
