Still working out and doing well :). Have begun intermittent fasting, keeping track of my macros and jumping rope which are going well too. :)

Ya, if i wasn't really trying to build muscle i wouldn't bother with them. I never had any problems getting protein before as a vegan or vegetarian but they are a nice low calorie and convenient way for me to get a nice protein boost and i work out almost purely for vanity so it does help to be able...
