Stiff legged deadlifts - 10x3 65lbs
Single leg squats - 10x3 on each leg 35lbs
Leg Press - 10x3 250lbs
Leg extensions - 10x3 70lbs

Ran about 1/2 mile and then did stairs for 10 minutes.
