Got up at 7am to get to the gym by 7:30 and I felt almost hungover (I had a couple drinks the last night and didn't eat nearly enough yesterday, a mistake). So I called out of work today. Yesterday I had nothing to do and I couldn't handle another day of sitting at a desk for 8 hours surfing the internet.
