Re: Vegan Detox

Ah thank you, I did wonder myself. I looked at a few detox diets and couldn't see a huge amount of a difference between them and clean eating vegan (apart from the vegan bit) - so thank you. I like the raw vegan idea and I'm incorporating more of that into my daily diet anyway.

Vegan Detox

Re: Brand new soon to be Vegan here

Agreed - I'm not a bodybuilder but I build muscle easily and my protein comes from vegan sources. Legumes and rice makes a complete protein. There so much info here on this forum! Good luck and welcome I'm pretty new here too. :-)

Re: New Vegan question

Wow - these stories are interesting. I went vegan (from vegetarian) in Feb this year and experienced zero change in my weight, fat % or inches, fitness or strength. I don't know why. Hayabusa Tokushu Engineered Leather Gloves - Vylar

Hi guys I have a question about Hayabusa Tokushu Engineered Leather Gloves - Vylar Boxing gloves. I hear they are a vegan alternative to actual cow leather gloves but I am confused as to what the material actually is. I have done a number of Google searches and found very little. I think I originall...
