I'll probably ...

Re: Alex's noob training log

Hey Richard, thanks for the encouragement. Yep the pulse-up is indeed an ab exercise. It was in a workout book I got as a gift, and I also found it online. http://www.fullfitness.net/routines/pulse_up.html :D

Re: Alex's noob training log

Blah, I feel so lazy today because the heat. Been doing my routines and it feels great, I know if I keep it up I'll be more toned and lose some fat. I didn't go walking yesterday, but I noticed how something like a 20-30 min walk around the neighborhood can be great. Nothing beats fresh air with som...

Re: Alex's noob training log

I'm still trying different exercises and setting up a routine, but I'm still on it! I took it easy yesterday and did some ab workouts, I think I'm pretty set with my ab exercises so far. I also got my mom to do a 35 min walk and it felt great. I've been looking online for some home equipment and it ...

Re: Vegan De Vil's training/weight loss log

Looks like your doing pretty well, I'm sure you'll reach your goal in no time. As for transitioning to a vegan, its good to go at your own pace and it will come in time. Even if your vegan and make a mistake its no biggie, doing your best is what counts. Wish you luck! :D

Alex's noob training log

Well this looks like a fun idea to keep me motivated. I'll try and keep this updated daily even if I'm the only one who reads it. :) My goal is to add more muscle while being pretty lean, similar to Bruce Lee. I think the hardest part for me is going to be losing the little belly thats being stubbor...

Re: Should Vegan actors stay Vegan in their roles?

I'm glad Ed Templeton is being true to it. Rowley dissapoints me but oh well. I just hope he doesn't continue to call himself a vegan.

Glacial Milk Supplement

I'm just wondering if anyone has heard anything good or bad about this stuff. My dad got me a bottle of the complete nutrition one and I've been taking for about two weeks now. I looked everywhere on the sight to see if its vegan but I didn't see anything. I'll continue using it until I finish it, b...

Wow, I did not know about that pro-hunting Rowley thing. Me and my brother both have Rowleys shoes and these will be my last if he is pro-hunting.

Re: Vegan Gamers

I also bought Counter Strike Source for a cheap price and played it some. I also have a 360 with Halo 3, fear, Devil M...
