Aw thanks guys I really appreciate the comments :) Cooking is so much easier then preparing raw gourmet foods!

Mary YES!!! it's worth the read. Brendan goes over diet and a fitness schedule and new recipes.
I haven't red the whole thing, but he's a book of knowledge :)

Thanks Mary yeah it's healing quick. Thanks for the tip too. But for now I'm going play it safe and stick to my trainer's schedule. I DO NOT want to tweak it again. No more set backs for me. oh yeah stretching is so important. Just realized I'm really stiff in the hams and calfs.
More stretching = More squatting. lol

They look painful just by looking at the pictue. I won't be able to do this dew to a shoulder injury. Ouch !
You probably already know this. But if you just started doing this exercise. It'll take you body about a week to adapt. If your hips are still hurting from this exercise, do an alternative
