Re: What's your diet like?

I focus on food. I try to always include protein-rich foods in every meal. Soy milk, soy yoghurt, quinoa, tofu, beans, chipeas, lentils, TVP.

I use creatine, algae oil (for omega 3: EPA and DHA), vitamin d (i live far north) and some soy protein in morning smoothies.

Norwegian powerlifter

My name is Marte and I'm a girl from norway. I started powerlifting about 6 months ago, and I feel like I finally found my thing. I started working out when I was 20, to get ready for circus school. I did aerial acribatics for about 3 years, and when I tired (or mostly was tired of looking for place...

Re: Your goals for 2013

Squat: at least 220lbs Deadlift: 330 Benchpress: 140? I really need to work on my bench press technique, that's for sure. And it's sooo uninspiring to se guys race ahead while I'm stuck at 100 lbs. Overall goal is to qualify for norwegian championships next year. In order to do that I need to hit 65...

Re: What is your max Squat?

Last time I checked (about 3 months ago) I was at 143lbs. But I feel like I have a lot more in me, so hopefully I'll lift more in a couple of weeks. I'll be competing in the regional championship. My goal this year is 200lbs.
