Calorie Count from Exercise?

Hi,

does anyone do this to find out how many calories they actually burn from exercise or do you find it makes no difference?

Re: Fats

I think it is better to take fats as well as carbohydrates and protein. Because, all of the constituents are required for our body. Not only fat, but also other nutrients help you to digest your food. i know its important to take fats in everyday, what i meant is if you eat fats at the same time as...

Re: building muscle but not losing fat!!

okay, thanks. I've always eaten a lot of fiber, fruits, and veggies, so that's never really been a problem for me, lol. I think I am going to start measuring my body, in case I can see improvements that way. good idea, i always prefer to use tape measure and body fat calipers to know if what weight...

Re: jack's vegan bodybuilding bulk log

also forgot to add to save more time with things like rice and other grains for quick meals cook up a whole bag and then freeze :) zap in microwave for 5 minutes from frozen. also beans as well can be cooked in big batches and frozen.

beats cooking it for 45 minutes everytime you want rice lol

Re: Fats

Imo it is advisable to separate fats and carbs, they digest on a different medium, moreover there are no natural foodstuffs that are high in both fat and carbs. I've personally been doing much better on a high fat, medium protein, low carb diet, and then one day a week i go high carb, medium protei...

Re: Bulking phase

Great writing mate. I've never been a massive advocate of bulking as most people see it. I believe weight should be added consistently and slowly over a longer period so that your body can recognise the changes. How can it adapt if you blow up 20lb in a month? It can't ~ and you'll just end up losi...

Re: building muscle but not losing fat!!

Re: Newbie Bulker with a few questions :)

I like using myfitnesspal to log my meals. The website will calculate your BMR and plan out your macros for you which is nice, plus it syncs well with many activity tracking devices and apps. The problem is that myfitnesspal and many similar sites and apps are all based around weight loss and not w...
