Use an app to track macros and calories. 20f, 60c,20p is a good starting point. Due higher repetition sets 12-15. I’m guessing 2,500 calories is a reasonable target for your size and age. Add calories when you lift, reduce when not.

Ditch the microwave! It’s only use is sterilization of sponges, dishrags, etc. Try hemp protein, which is high in EFA’s. I make banana smoothies with it.

How big are you? 9’ tall? 7,500 is crazy lotta calories if you’re not a triathlete or other advanced endurance athlete IMO. What’s your BF%? I always find increased energy for training and everything else when I lose some blubber.

Skipped 2 months and ate like a hog, drinking plenty of beer too. This is the longest rest I’ve had from the gym in a few years. I started tracking my macros and limiting calories 10 days ago.
