Coconut oil can still make you fat as it has a large amount of calories per serving. I think it is technically just the lesser of the evils in the case of oils. The omega 6 to 3 ratio is good which is why it is mostly a solid at room temperature. I say if you are going to use oils to use coconut but...

I guess I have to edit mine. My Flat Bench is projected because I can only do incline bench due to shoulder problems. PR of 225x1 on incline bench press.
