@Foods4Health - Thanks for checking in , and yes i tried a lot of stuff but eventually fell in love with these compounds :) . @Ross - Yeah man still here with work it just gets so hectic to regularly update and got exams on till 5th June which will finish my Literature Degree :D But i am working out...

MF that is inspirational . I am non running person but looking at you i feel getting a new pair of runners and head out . Any tips for someone starting new like me how to combine Strength Training with some running .
