Re: Doggcrapp Training

Check out the Dogg and Puppy Pound. There is a thread for DC for people over 34. Mostly, Dante just recommends higher rep ranges.

Really? Well maybe that's why it didn't work so well for me in the end..being 40 n all!
I obviously should have spend more time on their forum

Re: Doggcrapp Training

I am really interested. Is this a variation of Mike Mentzer's High Intensity program? The thing that sucks for me is the fact that workouts are short. I love working out so much I hate to leave the gym, LOL. Do you guys notice you have to watch calories more since you are not in the gym very long? ...

Re: Is there a vegan version of N.O. Xplode?

Pre-workout garlic? No way. I'll e-mail some of these companies that make these preworkout powders and see if any are vegan.I think if we all e-mail BSN and tell them to change the stearic acid to a vegan kind and stop using aspartame aka genetically modified e-coli then maybe they will change it.Ca...

Re: Doggcrapp Training

At 80% of my 1RM on any lift, I can only do 4-6 reps. So, my best rest-pauses look like 8-3-2, if I am really lucky. Usually it is 9-2-1 or 9-3-1 or something similar. I don't recover extremely quickly during the pause. Anyone still doing DC? Yep, I'm the same as you, I've ended up using a lot less...

Re: My last pic being Vegan...

Don't blame me if you don't feel superior or holy during a debate. That's on you, not me. I was expressing my opinion, I didn't feel superior and I was lording over anyone. Your problem lies in the fact that my opinion differs from yours, so to validate your opinion over mine you revert to characte...

Re: My last pic being Vegan...

Keeping any animal in captivity or domesticating..... your own rescued chickens is acceptable, it's not abuse or exploitation as far as I am concerned. Though it is not vegan. But that is irrelevant. That's what I said, and I dare you to prove me wrong. :D Yeah..but Richard just says it SO much bet...

Re: Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness Strength Table 2.0

I don't see the point in lying about the weights you've lifted. Why would anyone lie and say they can squat 200 when you could say you can squat 500? It's always cool to see videos of weight lifting though. You should post some of yourself if you have some. You don't see the point? Sheer macho comp...
