These ROCK!! I did substitute a GF yellow cake mix for the GF baking mix only because I didn't have any available. I omitted the sugar and baking powder since the cake mix covered those ingredients!! And you're correct- the icing is delicious!! Yum!!

Thanks for sharing - I plan to check out your blog!
