Freeze it and put it in smoothies (assuming you have a blender that will blend it well enough)

Steam kale whole, chop after
Satee in oil onions, garlic, and (mushrooms optional)
Boil and mash potatoes/Soy butter
Mix all together with some cannellini beans.

Just realized nobody has mentioned kale chips!

I like to put salt, nutritional yeast, and garlic powder on mine. But you can put whatever seasonings you want.

I've also made them with cooking spray instead of the drizzle of olive oil and they turned out delicious.

Yes, kale chips are awesome! I could eat these every day.

It's also good sauteed with garlic. If you have Vegan With a Vengeance, look at the Garlicy Kale recipe. The recipe includes a sauce for it, but I've only made it plain and I like it just fine.

Baked into chips, sliced into fries, added to potatoes, then spread some melted garlic spread over the top. Delicious.
