This taste great..

I Thought I'd try something different this morning and add coffee and omg are they yummy especially if you love coffee....

1/2 cup Instant oats
1 heated Tbs No Egg
1-2 Tbs Pea isolated Protein
1/2-1 cup light rice milk/soy milk/water
1/3 cup sunflower seeds & pumpkin seeds
1 Tbs sugar (Optional)
1 Tsp all spice
1-2 Tsp coffee

1 Tsp Baking Soda

Topping can be Soyogurt or maple syrup or what ever tickles your fancy..;)
mix milk & powders first and then add Dry Oats & Seeds

I also used a non-stick frying pan its helps a whole lot......

Spray pan with Olive oil and add mixture and ENJOY :)

I hope you like them any feedback is appreciated

Awesome! I've been craving pancakes but didn't want to use wheat since I'm having issues with it.
I'll have to make these!

Is No Egg the same as Energee Egg Replacer?

That recipe sounds great.

I'm pretty sure No Egg is an Australian brand, it should be pretty similar to other egg replacers.
