I was wondering if any decent recipes exist. I tried a product called 'Tofu Salad' in the US a couple of years ago and it tasted very much like dairy cottage cheese.

i used to do something that was similar to cottage cheese according to a lot of people, personally i've never eaten cottage cheese so i don't know.
but i just mixed tofu, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and black peppers. then i chopped down some fresh spices and sun dried tomato. if you like olives you can blend that down too. as i said i don't know if it tastes like cottage cheese but it's damn good.
