I just made this one up last night and it turned out fabulous!
-1/2 cup vegan mayo
-2 tablespoons light agave syrup
-1/2 tablespoon ground ginger
-1 tablespoon dill weed
-1/2 tablespoon paprika
-2 heaping teaspoons minced garlic
-3 tablespoons soy milk
-soy sauce to taste
-3 cups cooked brown rice
Combine everything except rice and soy sauce in a bowl and mix until well blended. Serve over rice and soy sauce.
