#1 Postby thendanisays » Wed Jun 11, 2008 12:06 pm

maybe i just jumped on the wagon late, but this idea came to me one day when i wanted dessert, but didn't want dessert, you know?

ok, here it is, i think i just perfected it!!!

throw the following into a blender-
4 oz baked sweet potoato
1 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop gemma powder
4oz unsweetened soymilk
1 Tbl Tahini
1/4 small very ripe banana
1/4 tsp high quality vanilla
6 ice cubes
about 1/4 c. h2o to get things moving

it is delicious. and filling and oh-so-satisfying.
the beginning is always today.

I am going to give it a try, if only for the reason that i can't even remotely see how a potato smoothie could be good. But hey Ill giv'er a go. I don't know what Gemma powder is either, can it be left out, or you think there is a swap?

Any kind of protein powder should work fine, just pick the one that works best for you! :D

FYI Gemma is pea protein sold by trueprotein.com. No idea why they call it gemma.
