This website is fantastic for Raw Vegan Recipes...I made the Marinara with Raw Zucchini Angel Hair Pasta last night...Yum!

I've been making my own tomato marinara sauce, by homogenizing (blending) tomatoes, and just adding salt and pepper to it. It's quick and easy! Sometimes I add a little extra to change the flavor of it. :D

I love sundried tomatoes :) so good even by itself, as a snack, very high in Vit. A, C, calcium, iron and proteins !

Really? I've seen recipes that mention using sundried tomatoes, though I've never tried it yet.
