They are not ALL veg meals (but a ton are), but vegan sub are very easy to make. Also go for the healthier version (doesn't cost much more in the long run), for instance, your rice, pastas etc, I would recommend going to a brown or wild rice and a high fiber pasta.
With these meals, you can toss them in a crock pot before work, have a wonderful smelling home (and dinner ready) when you arrive home. And simply freeze the rest in marked and dated serving size containers. Grab what you feel like before work each day. And if you are "plumb tuckered" when you come home at night, you have plenty on hand to reheat. Beating the need to run out and grab costly meals, which tend to never be near as healthy (or tasty) as home made.
