Fish Stix

Tofu cut into stix

Set on paper or cloth towel.

Let set for a little, to drain.

Change towel if need.

Put in bowl with some seaweed and water overnight.

Bread with corn meal.

Fry

Tarter sauce= Veganase and relish.

I used Nori this time, not enough flavor.

I'm going to try wakame next time.

I like it how with the tofu I currently have in my freezer changes it's texture for a more fish stixish, when frozen and then warmed up again. I've made these but without the sea weed part. But i'm interested to try, so tell me, how it'll taste with wakame as I'm already interested in trying to add wakame to my daily food because of iodine.
