Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness

I was craving something creamy and I whip this up the other day.

2 cups of raw sunflower seeds
Clove of garlic
2 Lemon
1 Tomato
Pinch of Cumin
1 stem of green onion

If you want more flavor try adding any spices until your desire.
Soak seeds over night, blend with water and stop until you get a creamy texture.

Nice! I've read a lot of good simple easy to make recipes on this forum the last two days.

Oh that does sound good! I have a good friend who is looking for more raw recipes. I'll have to share this with him!
