For the tofu just let it marinate for the night or a few hours in some olive oil, tamari (soy sauce) or Braggs' liquid aminos, fine herbs... everything you have and everything you like, Ketchup, whatever...
For hemp protein powder, it's usually just to use in water or fruit juice or as a smoothie with fruits and/or hemp milk. But you can also use it as a supplement in recipes for muffins, cakes, etc... But for recipes you can also hemp seed nuts: sprinkle some on spagetti or in your breakfast cereals. There's also hemp oil and hemp butter. Here's plenty of recipes with hemp products.
