Has anyone tried one of the below?


2 scoops of protein powder
2 tablespoons peanut butter
milk or water

Mix all ingredients together in a small glass bowl. If the resulting mixture is too thick add a couple drops of milk or water to loosen it up until it reaches your desired consistency. Since it is already in a glass bowl, microwave on high for 30-45 seconds. Mixture should come out to a cake/brownie like consistency. Eat.


OR


8 Scoops protein powder
3 Cups Oats
1 Package Sugar Free Fat Free Pudding
2 Cups Milk

Mix until a sticky batter is formed (may take a few minutes)
use a large spoon to spread out the mix into the bottom of a Pam-sprayed glass or metal cooking tray (spread until even)
put in the fridge overnight and cut. Eat.

I've been making them with almond butter, hempseed butter, creamed bananas, oats, hemp granola, nitro fusion, and chia seeds

you'll have to play with the ratios though as I can never get it exact

tried the first one you posted but I just mix it and eat it and it is good. I don't microwave it so I don't know if you would come out like brownie.

Yeah same here. I like to add a bit of a sweetener like agave or maple syrup.
