Here's a FANTASTIC recipe for a simple and delicious raw chocolate ice cream!

Ingredients:
-frozen, diced bananas
-raw cocoa powder

Combine them in a food processor and blend until creamy. It has the same consistency of gelato! It's fantastic!

Wicked! I've been making lots of raw banana ice cream these days. I thought about putting some cocoa in there but wasn't sure how it would come out. I should try this!

Do you prefer carob? I think it's okay, but whoever suggested that stuff as a replacement for chocolate was smoking something....

Not really, but I do have bananas, carob powder, a freezer and a food processor, so I *could* make similar ice cream without leaving my apartment. :)

what about using frozen strawberries? This sounds good but cant get the cocao.

Also, would Artisana Cocao Bliss work?

Giacomo let me try that stuff and i melted when I had it and I dont typically like chocolate.

I made this with frozen banana and protein powder and it worked perfectly for protein ice cream! Next time I want to add some pb to the mix.
