I really like how he uses spices in his protein shakes which is something I do myself but I rarely see anyone else doing. It can really make a difference. I will try to find that pumpkin pie spice in an american store in stockholm because we don't normally have it over here. Sounds like a great mix. Except for his use of oils I think the recipes are great. It's basically legumes plus nuts/seeds and veggies. The way god intended vegan meals to be.
When someone says you don't train "functionally," you should just punch them in the face. Ask them how "functional" of a movement that was.
