It can really make a difference. I will try to find that pumpkin pie spice in an american store in stockholm because we don't normally have it over here. Sounds like a great mix. Except for his use of oils I think the recipes are great. It's basically legumes plus nuts/seeds and veggies. The way god intended vegan meals to be.
