chok-dee Posted August 27, 2009 Share Posted August 27, 2009 This is the green shake I have for breakfast every morning, really nice and sets you up for the day. 2-3 bananas Dessert spoon of oatmeal2 Teaspoon of ground almondsTeaspoon of tahniniVery Large hand full of raw Spinach or Kale Cover with Soya Milk and blend.
