toast bread , hummusoliveonion on each side , spinach/tomatoe sliced stacked between each other with coarse black pepper on top the tomatoes , tempeh seasoned and cooked in olive oil on a pan , leftover sweet corn off the cob shaved into the pan with sea salt and onion powder . scrumptious
