Snickers proteinbar

Delicious stuff that I made today

340 gr peanut butter (natural, no oil or sugar)
1 tablespoon cacao
75 gr chocolate protein powder (I used soy)
Vanilla (I used liquid shit but whatever is fine probably)
2 dl corn flakes (I used sugar free)

Melt the PB and add the protein, cacao and vanilla. Mix. Add the corn flakes and mix/crush until everything sticks to the "dough". Mash it out in a container/plate/whatever and put it in the fridge for a while. Done!

My protein is stuffed with sucralose and probably some other sweetner :D

The energy breakdown of these babies are:

Protein 27%
Carbs 10%
Fat 63%

I actually think some extra flakes could benefit the taste/consistensy (is that the right word?). Some extra protein could be added if you also add water I guess which would make the macro breakdown even better.
