i'm taking steps into more raw food, and figured this would be a nice start. i wish the filling was homemade and raw, but it wasn't (next time maybe). basically i just processed walnuts (though almonds would be better i think) with dates and tangerine zest - didn't have an orange or lemon, so used a tangerine overall, really nice pie crust

I wrote you on facebook but I'll say it here too. I love date/nut crusts, calorie dense and a perfect bulking up food.
