DairyFree
I've been reading about it, about how it contains Omega 3, 6 and 9 and that It's very healthy.. What do you guys think of it?
chrisjs
I think it's overpriced and relatively low in protein. If you're going to supplement with a protein powder there are better options such as pea, soy, and rice. Omega 6 and 9 are hardly things worth worrying about. You can get more than enough omega-3 with a little bit of flax or canola oil. Omega 6 is in almost everything and the body can produce enough omega 9 from the other unsaturates. vegimator
There are hemp protein isolates though. The highest protein count available in the US appears to be manitoba harvest's 70% but there is a 97.77% one that hasn't hit the market yet - http://www.remyc.com/hempprotein.html I've heard that isolates over 80-90% are available in Europe. That said, I generally agree with Chris.
