 Post subject: Freezing home made soy milk?

I cooked too much, and I wonder if I could freeze it now? Any experiences? I searched internet and some say it is gross when thawed. Thanks!

Why not make into tofu and then freeze the tofu? Frozen ( and thawed ) tofu has a meaty, spongy texture that absorbs broths and flavors well.

I've never made homemade soy milk, but I've heard you can freeze store-bought soy milk (I haven't tried it though).
