I just posted an intro in guess where, the Introduction section. I am interested in lowering my carb intake during my time while eating Vegan.
I see a lot of recipes call for Wheat Flour and I would like to replace that with a low carb flour/substitute. Say if it calls for 1 cup of Wheat Flour what can I do? Can I replace it completely with Almond Meal or Coconut flour. I would like to get more coconut in my diet but the flour seems so absorbent.
